Hello! I am a senior majoring in Behavioral & Cognitive Neuroscience. While my primary interest falls on the intersection between the human brain and computation, I joined the BLaB in Fall 2020 to learn more about how bilingualism affects our brains. As a bilingual myself, I always felt a difference between how I and my American friends perceive colors, and my current project explores the perceptual shift after immersion in a second language environment that has different basic color terms to one’s native language.
