I am a first-year MA student of Linguistics with an undergraduate background in Linguistics and English. My primary research investigates accounts of predictive processing in terms of modulatory factors including attentional and task demands. I am also interested in examining the psycholinguistic profile of morphosyntactic features of AAE and Southern United States English (e.g., null copula, person-number disagreement, double modals). In my free time, I collect records, read postmodern fiction, and enjoy learning about the sociolinguistics of Hip Hop.
