I am a biocultural social scientist and behavioral ecologist who uses mixed methods, modeling, social network science, and an evolutionary perspective to explore human behavior and health in both past and contemporary contexts. I earned my PhD in Evolutionary Anthropology from the University of New Mexico and am currently a postdoctoral associate in personal network research with Dr. Rossi. Outside of research, I’m a cat lover with two twin sister cats, Luna and Tuna. I’m also a photographer, foodie, proud “can-sleep-all-day” champion (no kidding), someone who’s trying to work out regularly, and a salsa and bachata beginner (let’s dance!).
