Hi! I am a second-year and first generation M.A. student in the Linguistics department. I earned my B.A. here at UF, making me a double gator. I have a broad interest in psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics. More specifically, I am interested in how language is processed in the brain. I am currently helping out on a project that involves bilingualism with Dr. Kheder. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, or catching up with my friends. If you are a prospective graduate student, my advice for you would be if you are faced with a challenge and you’re beginning to get frustrated, take a step back and maybe reach out to your friends. Things may seem tough and challenging but sometimes a break and a fresh perspective can make a world of difference!
