Hello, I am a second year Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience major. I enjoy learning about how the brain and languages work together. As a Cuban-American, my personal struggle with becoming fluent in Spanish despite understanding and being surrounded by Spanish my whole life intrigued me and brought me into the world of linguistics! I’m excited to learn more about second language processing in Dr. Rossi’s lab. At the moment, I am assisting a bilingual decision making study in which we are testing whether our decisions are affected when using your native or second language.
